ARMC MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING
A modern outpatient medical office building designed to improve patient flow, staff efficiency, and clinical clarity across multiple practice suites.
The AtlantiCare Medical Office Building is a 3-story new build medical office building combining specialty practices, clinical suites, staff areas, and a full auditorium within a cohesive modern environment. The project integrates efficient patient flow with a neutral, calming interior palette informed by natural materials and hospitality principles. Programming required complex departmental zoning across multiple floors while maintaining intuitive circulation for patients and staff.
As Lead Interior Designer, I developed the concept, schematic layouts, auditorium design, floor plan studies, and the full interior construction documentation set while collaborating with architecture, engineering, and client teams.

DESIGN NARRATIVE
AtlantiCare’s new Medical Office Building was designed to modernize outpatient care by combining multiple specialty practices into one streamlined, patient-centered environment. As lead interior designer, I developed the spatial strategy, finish standards, and aesthetic direction for the building’s public, clinical, and staff areas, ensuring the interiors supported clear circulation, operational efficiency, and a calming patient experience.
Working closely with the principal, medical planners, and engineering teams, I led the design from early concept development through documentation. My role included programming, material development, FF&E direction, clinical workflow coordination, and the creation of comprehensive drawing sets for permitting and construction.
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT - OVERALL
Material palettes and concept elements establishing the project’s balance of warmth, clarity, and hospitality-inspired comfort.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT - AUDITORIUM
Durable, healthcare-driven palette supporting exam rooms, workstations, and support spaces.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Full concept presentation delivered to AtlantiCare leadership, establishing the building’s interior identity, programming logic, material direction, circulation strategy, and design standards for all public, clinical, and staff spaces.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
Early schematic floor plan studies exploring circulation clarity, clinical pod organization, and public-to-clinical adjacencies. These sketches established the foundational layout strategies refined in later design phases.
RENDERED FLOOR PLANS — FULL BUILDING
Rendered plans developed to communicate the interior design direction, program adjacencies, and material application across the multi-floor medical office building.

AUDITORIUM DESIGN
Design and documentation for the building’s auditorium, illustrating spatial layout, seating strategy, material direction, and the technical coordination required to execute the feature space.
RENDERINGS
Conceptual renderings illustrating the design intent for key public spaces, clinical corridors, and staff environments—capturing the material palette, lighting strategy, and overall atmosphere established during the design development phase.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Final photography showcasing the completed interior environment, including public waiting areas, circulation zones, clinical corridors, and key staff spaces—illustrating the built execution of the project’s material palette and design intent.
